The number may even be higher. Every one was someone’s husband, wife, mother, father, son, daughter, friend, loved-one. Not in our lifetime have we seen anything like this. We are all affected in some way – lock-down, isolation, bereavement, restricted travel, job loss, education, missed celebrations.
The global pandemic has impacted almost every country and region of the world. Never have we felt so isolated and, at the same time, so connected. Citizens of the world are united in one, common experience. Right now, Covid touches us all. We are joined by common human experience and, together, we look to the future.
