The Old Covenant was based on works of the Law; the New Covenant is based on pure grace received by simple faith.Faith is the only condition we must fulfil to enjoy the benefits and blessings of God. Faith is not a work, it is simply trusting God. It is responding to God’s grace with a simple “yes” spoken from our hearts. It is opening our hands to receive the gifts of God.
